Insert type IO

Basic Introduction

Insert type I/O module adopts the combination structure of coupler module, power module and I/O module. The coupler connects the expandable I/O module to the real-time industrial Ethernet system. The backplane adopts S-Link bus, and the coupler module is responsible for fieldbus communication, thus realizing the function of real-time data exchange between various I/O modules and the coupler/controller.

Advantages and characteristics

1, occupy less nodes, a node is composed of a bus coupler, 1 to 32 I/O modules and an end cap.
2, support flexible expansion, I/O variety is complete; Can integrate a variety of digital module, analog module and temperature module, suitable for different application requirements.

4, strong compatibility, coupler communication interface in line with communication standards, support mainstream PROFINET master station and EtherCAT master station.

6, fast speed, backplane adopts S-Link bus: scan cycle maximum 1 ms.
7, DIN 35 mm standard rail installation. With shrapnel terminal, wiring is convenient and fast.
